Předmět: Nová verze MCE emulátoru 0.3

  Ahoj,

  pokud někdo používáte MCE - můj emulátor Sharpa a dalších
 počítačů,
můžete zkusit novou verzi 0.3.
Stáhnout si ji můžete z http://sorry.vse.cz/~roman/mce

R.

Přikládám seznam změn oproti verzi 0.2.
Mezi hlavní vylepšení patří plná podpora QuickDisku (včetně
managementu),
vylepšení v CP/M Drive a Ramdisk SRAM emulace pro Sharpa, Nec765 emulace
pro ZX Spectrum 128k +3.

   MCE version 0.3, 1.2MB, 2002/06/27
     * Sharp MZ-800
          + QuickDisc emulation fully implemented including native disk
formatting (with all the configuration goodies from
            GenericFloppy/WD emulation)
          + QuickDisc disc contents manipulation and list window (append
block (MZF), delete block and format disc) available
          + Added quick-loader detection for ChaseHQ and Proton loaders
(Dizzy, Seymour2, Mask3 and other games are supported now)
          + Fix in CPU hardware interrupt handling: more programs work ok
now (Hundra, Antiriad, ..)
          + Fix in pallete set code in MZ-800 mode: P-CP/M-80 screen is ok
now
          + Ramdisc SRAM emulation implemented for both Standard and Pezik
Ramdiscs, configuration window option available
          + Ramdisc activity icon is displayed during read/write ramdisc
operations, HD icon during CP/M Drive operations
          + CP/M Drive subdirectory support implemented (associate some
directory with subdirs, then try 'type subdirname')
          + CP/M Drive transparent GZIP file compression support added for
all files mapped into CP/M (they can be compressed with GZIP
            on the host disk)
          + Full featured CP/M Drive configuration window implemented
          + WD controller fix in readAddress command
          + Filename shown in the WD configuration window is now shortened
to prevent window size changes
          + Initial version of the Sn76489 sound chip emulation - serious
CPU synchronization problems still occur, emulation currently
            commented out
     * ZX Spectrum
          + ZX 128k +3: Nec765 floppy controller emulation implemented
(read code almost complete - most disks work, write code
            untested yet, format not implemented yet)
          + When no tape is chosen during ZX tape loading routine, a
Caps+Space (Break) key sequence is sent to the keyboard handler
          + Scorpion: Architecture marked as incomplete
     * PMD-85
          + New line drawing cache algorithm implemented - emulation speed
changed drastically, but some visual glitches can appear
            (will be fixed later and the algorithm will be used in other
emulations too)
     * General
          + Separate activity icons for RamDisc, Floppy, Hard and QuickDisc
introduced
          + Slight speedup in disc formatting emulation
          + Fixes in I/O routines for zero-sized files loading
          + All components can have short names and can report additional
subnames for port access explanation
          + Debugger window partially implemented (try Alt-D, CPU stepping
doesn't work yet - except F7)
          + Z80 instruction assembler and disassembler with all
undocumented opcodes fully implemented (part of debugger)
          + Many internal changes in CPU interfaces required for debugger
support
          + Some additional internal improvements in data formatting
          + MGT Disciple flat disc format added into GenericFloppy (all
emulations)
          + Small fixes in GenericFloppy block handling code
